I have lived in Manchester around 4 years now and work full time as a solicitor in the city.
I am into running, hiking, pilates, cooking. My weeknights are pretty chilled. At the weekends I like to be out about, going out for food / to a nice wine bar / out for drinks, but also like a quiet night in too.
I am a looking for someone clean, tidy and sociable - ideally someone I will get on well with!
The flat is part-furnished, so the new flatmate just needs a bed for the room.
The rent is £836 each per month, plus bills.
Both rooms have en-suites, there is a gym in the building, and the flat has a big balcony overlooking the marina.
