Hello! My roommate is moving out in June as she has bought a place. Looking to find someone to move in sometime around June (date tbc). Rent is £721.58 per month. Bills are not included. Need to find out how much bond will be as you will need to join new tenancy. Apartment is located on the marina and is an 8min walk to new Islington tram station and 14mins walk to picadilly station. You will have your own ensuite bathroom. There is a communal gym in the building as well. There is grass area downstairs and lounge area to use.
