Lovely room in a 3 bed flat in New Islington 🌞

We’re looking for a flatmate for our 3-bed flat in the city centre! 💞

We’re two girls in our late 20s and have been living here for the past year. We’re now looking for a third person to join us as we renew our contract.

The new contract starts on 1st May, with the option to move in 1 week earlier.

The flat is cosy and located near New Islington tram stop. Rent is £585 per month, and with bills it comes to around £750.

The bathroom is shared with me. There’s also a free parking space available, and the building has a new spacious gym 🤩

A bit about us:

We both love being active, so we usually go to the gym/for a run/for pilates in the week. In the free time we love to chill, read, bake, watch tv, make art, go out.

I work hybrid and Tola works from home as a freelancer.

We do travel a lot so the flat gets empty.

We like to socialise but also respect each space. We’re friendly, calm and like to go for a concert or drinks during the weekend.

We both value a clean, comfortable home and good communication in the shared space.
