Spare room available in a relaxed, tidy home. I’m a 24-year-old professional, clean and easygoing. I tend to keep things quiet during the week as I work nearby (only 5–10 minutes away), and I’m usually at home rather than out late.

The room is fully furnished and comes with your own private bathroom, including a bathtub ideal for a bit of extra comfort and space.

Ideally looking for someone similar clean, respectful, and chilled but
everyone is welcome to enquire.

The flat has a comfortable, homely feel and would suit someone who enjoys a calm living environment.
