The flat is a well-kept 2-bedroom home, shared with me as the owner-occupier, so it’s a calm, tidy home with a friendly, sociable vibe — more relaxed home than a busy house share.

The room is comfortable and flexible, with space to add a small wardrobe or desk. Comes with a private ensuite with walk-in shower.

All bills included, including WiFi.

There’s also a balcony with cushioned seating (not pictured!).

Great location in Ancoats and near to Northern Quarter. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

On-street parking available (paid 8am–6pm, Mon-Sat), I use a nearby car park (£60/month).

A bit about me — I work in sports marketing, originally from Glasgow but have lived in Manchester for 10 years. I like a relaxed, friendly home, and I tend to work from home around 2 days a week.

I’m ideally looking for a professional who’s easy to get along with and takes pride in where they live. Keen to have a sociable home with shared interests (sport, music, cooking), where we still each have our own space and downtime.
