Looking for Flatmate - Ancoats 🌞

I am looking for someone to replace my flatmate, in a lovely 2-bed duplex flat in Ancoats on cutting room square, as he is moving out with his partner.

Exact date is dependent on when my current flat-mate secures a new flat but would be late-June to Mid-July

About the flat 🏠
It’s a lovely & spacious flat, with 2 en-suite bedrooms downstairs, and an open plan kitchen/living room, toilet and balcony on the top floor.

The building only contains a small number of flats, and has a great community-feel with friendly neighbours. The flat also comes with a parking space.

The flat is fully-furnished, and I have a great tv / speaker system with all the streaming services which I’m happy to share!

About me 🤠
I’m an easy-going and social guy. I’m 28, bit of a geek, love music, television and film, love a drink. Im usually out and about and having fun over the weekend, whilst having more chilled nights in during the week. I have a queer friend group and am gay myself, so looking for someone queer friendly/queer. I also work from home full-time.

What I’m looking for 🕵🏻‍♂️
Looking for somebody of a similar age and a similar vibe, who is queer-friendly. Ideally somebody chilled who I can get on with and have a laugh or glass of wine with, and a nice mix of hanging out and feeling comfortable together, whilst each having our own friends/plans/things going on.

I’d prefer somebody who works at least some time in office / onsite, as I work from home full time. Somebody who is generally tidy is ideal, but I wouldn’t describe myself as a clean-freak.

Costs & Logistics 💸
The rent is £1495, and all-in with bills, the monthly cost is around £900 per person.

Currently, my flat-mate and I rent-out the parking space. Obviously, if you require the parking space, that’s no problem, however it would up the cost.
