Spacious double room in lovely New Islington block

Spacious double room in New Islington (1 Vesta Street) in my lovely home. Available on a 1 month rolling contract with bills included in the full price. This is within my home I own. Initially this is until October, there may be scope onwards past this point to stay but I need to work this out as I'm going travelling. We will both have a 1 month break clause in the contract to end it and you can sign a lodgers agreement. The room has a really comfy double bed, backs onto the canal so it's super quiet and peaceful for sleeping. Wardrobe, under bed storage, chest of drawers and a small desk with a chair. I have a big TV in the lounge, a comfy sofa and good cooking amenities.

Ideally looking for someone who's pretty tidy and a good laugh. Ideally someone who's in the office full time / most of the time as I work from home during the working week. I'm very outgoing and am not around on too many evenings as I like going out drinking and eating around Manchester with pals. Ideally would be good to become friends! I love my sports, gigs, drinking and having fun.
