Double Room available in Ancoats

Hey! We’re looking for a new house mate for our three bed in Cotton Field Wharf. The double room has a shared bathroom with 1 other flatmate and will be approx. £650 per month, bills are approx. £120-150 per person.

The room is unfurnished, the communal area we have furnished.

There is 24hr concierge, private residents garden and gym in the building. It’s also a 5-minute walk to Aldi and Pure Gym and 10 minutes to get into town.

About us
I work in sports development and work half of the week in the office, half work from home. During the week I have a pretty productive routine, running, gym, eating out. Beth works as a producer for a comedy agency and also enjoys running, choir and attends comedy gigs throughout the week, she works from the office 5 days a week. We’re both very chilled, enjoy going out but also staying in and watching a good series.

The tenancy is from 10th June and we will be looking someone to move in on this date.
