Ancoats Flat w/ Balcony & En-suite Room

Modern 2-bedroom flat in Ancoats, Manchester with an en-suite bathroom, balcony and spacious shared living area. The building includes a 24-hour concierge, gym and communal working space, with a modern and friendly atmosphere throughout. The room is currently unfurnished, although my current flatmate is offering a bed, shelves and drawers for an additional price if interested. The flat also includes a washing machine/dryer.

I’ve lived here with my current flatmate for over 3 years, but he is moving out due to work. I’m looking for a flatmate who enjoys a laugh and ideally someone down-to-earth, respectful and clean who’s open to building a genuine friendship as well as sharing a home.

I’m sociable and enjoy going to bars, pubs and restaurants with friends, especially around the Northern Quarter, but also enjoy quiet nights in, movies, relaxing and the occasional hike.

Looking for someone with a similar relaxed and easygoing vibe who wants to make the flat feel like home and enjoys a good balance of socialising and personal space.

Council Tax Band C. Current rent is £778 plus bills but under a new contract this will be going up by at least 5% (still waiting for confirmation).
