I'm looking for someone to join me in a brand new, spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at Ancoats Green. Available from now, I just moved on 22nd May so looking for someone to move in asap :)

The available room is a large double with an ensuite. Brand new furniture, never been lived in before. The bed is an ottoman so great for storage!

The flat itself is modern, bright, and fully furnished with high-spec finishes throughout. It has an open-plan kitchen and living area with large, airy windows. It's a great size, even bigger and nicer than the photos. You will have lots of cupboard and fridge freezer space!

Located in a great area with amazing cafes, restaurants, gyms, and transport links including MCR Piccadilly station all within walking distance. Ancoats Green is on our doorstep and is such a nice vibe in the sun!

Rent and bills are as follows (please note water and electricity are currently estimated as I only just moved in but I've based it on my previous typical cost. Flat is very energy efficient at EPC A rated so utility bills should stay low.

Rent - £790
Council Tax (band A!) - £65
Internet - £12
TV Licence - £15 (for first 6 months, then drops to £7.50 p/m)
Water - est £20-£40
Electricity - est £40-£70
Total est - between £940-£990 p/m

I'd love someone sociable and friendly who would like to hang out occasionally but also respects each other’s space. Not fully WFH and females preferred 30+ but if you think you’d be a great fit please do send a message!
