I'm looking for someone to join me in a brand new, spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at Ancoats Green. Available from now!

The available room is a large double with an ensuite. The double bed is an ottoman so amazing for storage! A complete blank canvas to make your own.

About me - I moved back from London last year and currently still work there once a week, as well as co working spaces throughout the week. I'm very clean, tidy and easy going, love going for food/drinks, walks, coffees, live music, museums, big reader etc. Looking for someone like minded who is sociable, friendly and would like to hang out but who also respects each other’s space.

Ideally would like someone female aged 30+ who doesn't WFH full time same as me.
The flat itself is modern, bright, and fully furnished with high-spec finishes throughout. It has an open-plan kitchen and living area with large, airy windows. Has a gorgeous kitchen island! It's a great size, even bigger and nicer than the photos. You will have lots of cupboard and fridge freezer space!

Located in a great area with amazing cafes, restaurants, gyms, and transport links including MCR Piccadilly station all within walking distance. Ancoats Green is on our doorstep and is such a nice vibe in the sun! Close to amenities but also far away enough that it's super quiet all the time.

Rent and bills are as follows (please note water and electricity are currently estimated as I only just moved in but I've based it on my previous typical cost). Flat is very energy efficient at EPC A rated so utility bills should stay low. Could be less than I've stated below but for now it's a gauge :)

Rent - £790
Council Tax (band A!!) - £77 (over 10 months)
Internet - £12
TV Licence - £15 (for first 6 months, then drops to £7.50 p/m)
Water - est £20-£40
Electricity - est £40-£70
Total est - between £950-£1000 p/m

I already have Netflix, Disney, Prime that will be included :)
