Room available in exposed brick modern apartment

I am creating this ad on behalf of my flatmate as i am moving and want to help find the most suitable person to take over my half of the tenancy. The flat is large featuring modern brick with both rooms situated at opposite sides of the flat with living space and open plan kitchen in the middle of the flat. The room is a double bedroom fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe , bed side table as well as own en suite bathroom which has two head shower( waterfall and smaller head). Completely electric flat, bills are not included but average around £100 pm so a total of £800 pm. In regards to living area, there is a sofa, tv stand, fully modern kitchen with induction hobs, as well as an island with stools. We also have a small storage cupboard where our water boiler is. Flat is a 5 minute walk into city centre, with co op a 2 min walk. There is free parking around but there is maximum stays. If you work 9-5 this wont be a problem for you. Additionally there is parking lots around that come at a charge but there is plenty.
