The flat is fully furnished and as I have an ensuite, the main bathroom would be totally your own. Includes a balcony (gets a delicious view of the sunrise xxx), we’re on the 3rd floor.
Bills incl. usually makes rent just under £800 a month
There’s also a parking spot included in our rent if needs be.

Rather central, the flats right next to New Islington tram stop, 10 minute walk from Aldi/pure gym/the marina
