Ancoats Townhouse

I’m looking for someone to rent this brand new townhouse with me in Ancoats. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 story house but I’m only looking to rent it with 1 other person. Renting this house just the two of us means we would get a floor each.
The second consists of a balcony, two bedrooms and a private bathroom. The first floor consists of two bedrooms with a private bathroom that’s larger with a bath. On the ground floor there is a shared living room and a shared kitchen as well as a lovely spacious garden that backs on to another private garden for residents only. It is also right next to Ancoats Green which is a beautiful park.
The property comes with a gardener and full use of No.1 Ancoats Green apartment’s facilities. The parking space at the front is also ours (which I would need for my vehicle but there’s also a car park round the corner).
I’m looking to rent this with only one other person to split rent and bills with 50/50. The rent each would be £1150 and bills would be low due to it being an energy efficient brand new home.

A bit about me:
I am a 29 year old professional, I have a small Maltese dog called Lola who is super friendly and fully house trained. So I’d like to share with someone who likes dogs. I am friendly and social but am also very respectful of peoples privacy and space. I am also a clean and tidy person. I love music, I am a wedding singer at the weekends as well as working full time in customer success. Don’t worry you won’t hear me belting songs all the time! Just looking for a nice chill friendly person to share this with.
