Double furnished room with separate own bathroom

My current flatmate is moving out in July so I am looking for someone to take over her room. It’s a furnished room with kind size ottoman bed, built in large wardrobe and vanity unit. You also would have the main bathroom to yourself with is shower/bath.

It’s a spacious two bed two bath apartment, I work remotely and also have cat (she is only tiny and the cutest thing ever but I’m biased). I terms of a flat mate I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy with the shared spaces, would love to have a sociable flat mate and make a great friendship but I also appreciate my own time. I spend a lot of time in the gym and running, also a big foodie so love trying new restaurants and bars.
