Double En-Suite room @ New Islington Marina w/ Gym

Hi! My flatmate whom I have lived with for almost 3 years is moving back home, so I'm looking for a new one.

It's a spacious en-suite double with a closet and a very nice view of the canal. The apartment itself has a big living room and a kitchen with an island, which is great for cooking and storage space. The room is unfurnished, but he's happy to sell the furniture you see in the pictures, if you're interested. It's all fairly new and well looked after, so worth considering. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished by me, so I expect my new flatmate to also take care of them :)
We've got a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, so all the basics are covered.

The building has a gym, a club room, a bicycle storage, and a 24-hour concierge, which is handy. Also, there are pilates and Muay Thai classes for an additional cost. There's on-site parking too if you need it, though that's charged separately and sorted through the letting agency.

Bills are NOT included, and they range around £400 p/m total divided between the 2 of us (Council tax band C, Electricity, Water and Wifi).

A bit about me: I work as an assistant general manager of a restaurant, so I keep fairly busy, and I travel to Spain quite a bit to see my girlfriend. I'm a pretty chill and respectful person to live with. I keep things clean and tidy, but I'm not obsessive about it, just normal.

Location-wise, I think it's one of the best spots in Manchester. We're right at New Islington Marina, 5 minutes from the Tram, Aldi and PureGym (if you'd rather not use the building's one), and about 15 minutes' walk from Market Street.
