Hi, I'm Jordan
I'm 35 and I'm going to be starting my training to be a solicitor in September.
I'm looking for a flatmate to takeover from my amazing flatmate James who will be leaving at the end of August. The move in date will be 1 September 2026.
Walking distance:
* 5 mins to Aldi & Pure Gym (Urban Exchange) , Ancoats Marina and Cutting Room Square.
* 10 mins to Stevenson Square, Northern Quarter
* 15 mins to Piccadilly Gardens/Piccadilly Station
I’m quite keen to live with someone who:
* can help me keep the communal areas clean
* is friendly
* enjoys having friends around (but not super late at night during the week)
The room:
* double bed room (pictured)
* You get your own bathroom (pictured)
Amenities:
* onsite parking (additional cost - we will need to contact the agent)
* washing machine
* separate fridge and freezer
* dishwasher
Costs:
* Rent is currently £525 but a rent review is scheduled soon so expect it to go up around 10%.
* Bills usually come in at around £200/month (summer usually lower; winter usually higher).
* £500 deposit
* There is a £50 admin fee to process the application.
To pass referencing:
* Minimum salary of £40k
* Be in full time permanent employment
* You will need to provide proof of address dated within the last 3 months (bank statement, utility bill, doctors letter etc) and to complete a Right to Rent ID.
* Not be in probation, temporary employment or have adverse credit.
