I am looking for a new flatmate to rent the second bedroom in a gorgeous Ancoats corner flat! My current flatmate is moving back home and the flat is currently unfurnished but she is open to selling her bed for a great price and will likely be leaving a lot of the furniture eg sofa etc! She needs to give 2 months notice so will likely be start of September move in date!
The room is a large double room with an en-suite and the flat is on floor 3 and is in walking distance to pretty much anywhere in NQ and town!
The building does have a car park which is an extra cost monthly on top of the rent!
I am a chilled but also outgoing 23 year old professional working in fashion and I love to go out but also love a night in! I am really easy to get on with, always chatty and I am always very clean!
Bills around £200 a month including council tax
