Double Room in Ancoats - Bills, Parking & Gym

I have a furnished double room available in a clean, relaxed and friendly home in Ancoats, with bills included.

The house is around a 5-minute walk from New Islington tram stop, with easy access to Manchester city centre and the surrounding areas.

I’m a 29-year-old finance professional working in Manchester city centre. I work from home 1–2 days per week and I’m often out of the house with work, cycling, running or seeing friends. I’m easy-going and friendly, and I’ll occasionally have people over for dinner, but it’s not a party house and there won’t be lots of people coming and going.

I have a ragdoll cat called Goose, and I’ll be getting another kitten in the coming months, so you’ll need to be happy living with cats.

The room is furnished with a double bed, and I can arrange a wardrobe if needed. The bathroom is shared. The house has a shared kitchen and living room, front and back gardens, a parking space on the drive, and a fully functional gym in the garage. The back garden is currently in the process of being renovated.

I value keeping the house clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone respectful, considerate and easy to live with. Shared spaces are available to use, but the let is for the room rather than a full equal house share, so this would suit someone who wants a comfortable, quiet base rather than a very social house share.

There is a strict no-drugs rule in the house. If this is broken, you will be asked to leave.
