Room in shared 3 bed flat available from 22 August onwards. Centrally located within the Northern Quarter/Ancoats area, just a 5 minute walk from Victoria station and 10 minutes from Aldi. Rent is £767 per month (excluding bills).

The flat is furnished, with the room including a double bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables and a desk. The shared kitchen includes a dishwasher along with other white appliances. There is also storage space under the bed. As well as a Gym included in the building.

In terms of council tax, we are in band E.

Sharing with two male young professionals (aged 27) who like to keep the flat tidy, you'll share a bathroom with one of the flatmates. Both flatmates are sociable and enjoy sports, running, going for drinks etc, but also are very respectful of privacy and chill time in the flat.
