Hi! My current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over the room from October 2026.

Location:
Ancoats — around 15 minutes’ walk to Manchester city centre and a 5-minute walk to Aldi.

The room:
- Double bed
- Double-door wardrobe
- Shared bathroom

Bills:
Bills are not included. After splitting bills and council tax, it’s around £180 per person per month.

About me:
I’m a working professional with a typical 9–5 schedule, mostly based in the office or at client sites, with some days working from home.

I’m fluent in both English and Mandarin, so happy to chat in either language.

I enjoy having a clean, calm, and peaceful home. I take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, and I’m looking for someone who has the same mindset.

Looking for a female working professional who is:
- Clean and respectful
- Considerate of shared spaces and noise levels
- Comfortable communicating openly and maturely if any issues come up
