My current housemate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to reapply for the tenancy on my current apartment, 😌 I have the option to either remain in the apartment or they will offer a brand new apartment available at an earlier date (the apartments are all fitted with the same furniture and decor ect..)

The apartment is a bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in an amazing location between Northern Quarter and Ancoats. You’ll have the larger double bedroom with your own private en-suite, so you’ll have plenty of your own space.

I’m 33, gay, and happy living with either a male or female. (LGBT+ friendly / ally)

I work in social media and I’m in the office Monday to Friday, so you’ll have the place to yourself during the day. Outside of work I’m usually at the gym, creating content or catching up with friends. I’m pretty laid-back, respectful and easy to live with. I enjoy cooking, have a bit of an obsession with houseplants, and like to keep the apartment looking nice. Always happy for a chat or going for a drink / coffee, but I also completely respect each other’s space and independence.

I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, considerate and looking for somewhere that feels like home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
