Hiii! I’m sad to be moving out end of September so room will be available from 1st October. We live right over the road from the main marina in New Islington and round the back of the tram stop. It’s such a good location the flat is on the 2nd floor and has a small gym downstairs and benefits from a 24/7 concierge! We also have a small terrace outside and a communal room that people tend to hold events in!

My flat mate is super lovely and she has a little kitty called Percy who is adorable but as most kittens are can be a bit of a menace as they’re growing so must love cats and understand them really well!!

My flatmate Georgia is a 28 year old English teacher at a college! She enjoys reading and yoga also so she would probably love someone who does too to talk to books about cus I don’t read lol. Shes super bubbly and looking for someone who can be a friend aswell as a flat mate. I’d love to have ease of mind that I’m leaving her with someone she’ll be happy with! We actually met on spare room for our flat and it’s all worked out so amazingly. I’m now buying a flat so I’m very sad to leave!

I have attached some images - there won’t be any bedroom furniture in my room but Georgia has a spare mattress that you can have and a chest of drawers in the meantime and we’re in a Facebook group for the building, people are selling furniture for pennies all the time! You do benefit from a walk through wardrobe so there’s so much hanging space and storage.

Rent is currently £730 bills on top around £200. I usually just send my money straight to my flatmate and she has all the bills coming out of her accounts so it’s quite easy really but you can sort it seperately in terms of rent if you’d prefer to do that. All the utilities come out of Georgias account so you’ll just need to send your half to her. Bills include Council Tax (BAND C), Electricity, Water, WiFi and any streaming subscriptions! There will be a deposit and first months rent up front and checks will be done.

The rest of the flat has got sofas and furniture and Georgia has crockery and kitchenware and everything needed. So don’t worry if you don’t have everything!
