Double bedroom in Ancoats Manche

Double room available in Ancoats/Northern Quarter, Manchester.
The building has a gym, communal space and access to two rooftop terraces.
Parking isn’t currently available in the building, but there’s a waiting list for their spaces (around £170 a month). There is cheaper parking nearby for about £45 a month.
I don’t live in the property yet – I’m going through the application and planning to move in at the end of August.
About me: I’m pretty chilled, love food and a glass of wine (though I don’t tend to drink during the week / on school nights unless there’s a good reason). I’m respectful of shared space and very open with communication.
I love live music, comedy shows and going out for meals. Ideally looking for someone who’s also chilled – happy to hang out and become friends, but not in each other’s pockets. Respectful of each other’s space, drama-free, and keeping a healthy balance of shared time and separate lives. A happy medium.
