My flatmate is moving in with boyfriend and looking for someone to fill her room for new tenancy in October
Flat is technically unfurnished but common areas are now furnished so just unfurnished bedroom!
I work Mon-Fri 9-5:30 (sometimes 1 wfh day) would be good if we had similar schedules
Total Council Tax: 171
Total Bills roughly: 160 (depending on time of year this can be lower or higher)
We can use the gym in the building next to ours as same company owns it. Parking not included. Company that owns our building does give some marina business discounts too :)

Looking for someone that’s clean and considerate of shared space that I can get along with. I like reality TV, going out with friends, going to the cinema, work in fashion so enjoy clothes/makeup etc and probs just all the usual stuff
