Beautiful and spacious 2 bed flat with ensuite double rooms.

My current flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for a new flatmate to sign a 1 year contract with.

The bedroom comes unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is fully furnished (including plants, but more are always welcome! 🌿). Both rooms are the same size & have a walk-through wardrobe, which leads through to an en suite with a large walk-in shower (all bedroom furniture shown in the photos is the outgoing flatmate's)

There's a utility room with a combined washer/dryer and a freezer.

Broadband, utilities & council tax are not included in the £712 pcm rent, and we are council tax band C.

The flat is located in the centre of Ancoats and is surrounded by lots of lovely cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and bars. It's a great central location that has a community feel with local corner shops, a small local park/green area, a post office, a nearby doctors, and an Aldi in walking distance. Piccadilly Station is only a 15 min walk, too.

The building has a 24-hour concierge, a free residents-only gym, clubroom, and courtyard. Parking is available but at an extra cost. There is also bike storage too.

A bit about me: I've lived in Ancoats for almost 5 years now and I'm currently working Front-of-House in an office building in town, where I work 5 days a week, 8am - 5pm.
I like reading, TV & films, fashion & interiors, podcasts, and music (jazz and disco). As my work is quite full on and people-facing, out of hours I quite like my own company and I'm a fairly quiet flatmate, but do like a catch up in the kitchen too!
