Looking for new flatmate to replace me in Ancoats

🏡 Looking for a lovely girl to take over my room in Ancoats from late October!🫶

Very bittersweet post because we’ve literally just found our new flat and I’ve now had my move to London approved 😭 so I’m looking for someone to take over my room and live with my lovely flatmate Anastasia (Ana), 27, from around 24th October onwards.

We’re moving into Bendix in Ancoats on 9th October, a brand new 2-bed 2 bath flat with coworking space, concierge, studio and events room and a lovely terrace.

A bit about Ana ✨

She’s 27, super friendly, sociable and runs her own wellness business. We actually met through SpareRoom earlier this year and became friends really quickly, so I’d love to find someone with a similar vibe to take my place.

She’s looking for someone who wants a home as well as a flatmate - someone who’s up for a wine/drink after work, the occasional night out, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, but equally very happy spending an evening on the sofa watching absolute trash TV (our fav atm is Love is Blind).

Ana is self-employed, so she loves getting out of the flat and changing up her working environment - lots of coffee shop hopping around Ancoats/NQ ☕️ She’s also really into yoga/fitness and generally has a good balance between being sociable and having her own life.

Ideally looking for another girl around mid/late 20s to early 30s, young professional, sociable and keen to make the flat feel like a proper home rather than just two people sharing a space.

As we’re both moving into Bendix fresh, Ana doesn’t have loads of furniture/home bits and would be really happy to choose things together and split the cost of anything new needed for the flat, so you can actually make the place feel like yours too 🏡

I’m gutted to be leaving her so soon and I hope my replacement would get along with her as well as I do!

Ana is away at the moment but is back on 9th September and would love to meet anyone interested for a coffee/drink and see if you get along before deciding anything.
