Room to Rent - Ancoats

I’m 33 and work full-time, five days a week, on a hybrid basis. I’m sociable and enjoy going out, seeing friends and making the most of my weekends, but I also like having a quieter week and time to myself.

I’m clean and tidy and looking for someone who is the same. I’d like to live with someone who is sociable and easy going, but also respectful of each other’s space. I think having a good balance is important - being able to enjoy the house together but equally being comfortable doing your own thing.

Looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and wants a nice, relaxed home.

Bills: Approximately £200 per month on top of the rent, covering the usual household bills.

Furniture: I already have the sofa, so you’d just need to bring what you need for your bedroom, along with your personal belongings.
