Flat and room info 🛌

• A spacious double room available for rent from the 18th October, includes furnishings and a built-in wardrobe

• The flat features a spacious and open plan living/dining room. This also includes a breakfast bar/shelves and lots of space for plants and decor etc.

• Spacious bathroom with a bath/shower

Rent and Bills 💷

• Rent = £625/month per person (broadband included)

• Monthly bills (electric/water/TV license/council tax) = £110-125 per person

• The building also includes central heating (!) with a biomass builder - billed every 3 months at around £58 per person

Building info 🏙️

• The flat is situated in a gated complex accessed via fob and includes bike storage and 24 hr security

• Car parking is available - this is charged separately via building management

• Located close to Ancoats Marina (5 min walk), New Islington tram stop and ALDI/Pure Gym

About me:

• Easy-going housemate who enjoys my own time to chill, but also likes to chat and spend time with who they I’m living with!

• Respectful of personal space and privacy, but ideally would not like to be a stranger - love to socialise both out and inside the flat/have people over occasionally
