Double room availble in lovely large house

We're Elise and Roseanna!

We are looking for a female flatmate to join our household, we have a double room in our 3 storey town house located in Ancoats.

We are looking for a professional (sorry no students). We are both working proffesionals in various industry's. Our schedules vary a bit but we like a nice regular routine and keep the house nice and calm during the week to be able to relax after work. We sometimes socialise together and occasionally have friends over and keep it respectful just letting each other know if we do.

We like to keep the house nice and tidy as well and have a cleaning routine we all share.

The room is on the top floor with the bathroom opposite. We have a communal garden and a small little patio area. We are in a gated community as well with a parking space.

Bills are:

Council tax - £77
Wifi - £6.66
Tv License - £4.85
Water - varies each month depending on usage roughly around £35 each
Electricity and Gas - varies each month depending on usage around £30 each

Deposit is £680 but it won't let me put that amount on the advert.
