Modern furnishings and fittings including washer/dryer, dishwasher, great Internet speeds. The building has an outdoor communal terrace by the canal and is exceptionally secure with fantastic concierge staff.

I work from home so I will be in most days. Looking for an easy going flatmate who will keep the place nice and clean. I've lived here for 3 years now and have no complaints - it's a homely environment for someone looking for a space close to the action whilst not being right in the thick of things.
