Ancoats En-Suite Room, Available from November

Hey!

I'm looking for a new flatmate as my friend is moving in with her boyfriend.

The room, furnished with an en-suite, is available from the start of November (with some flexibility of move in date). Rent is £630, council tax/bills £150-200 (water, electricity, wifi included in rent). It comes with a king bed (with storage), side tables and built in wardrobes.

It's a 10th floor corner apartment so has loads of natural light with amazing living room views across Ancoats and NQ and it's own balcony - it's also on the same floor as the roof terrace. The living area has a desk for WFH and the building also has co-working space, 24hrs front desk, parcel room and bike storage.

I've lived in the city for about 2 and a half years now and still love exploring all the amazing spots old and new! I'm clean and tidy and an aspiring plant mum. I love spending time in the Peaks, at yoga/pilates classes and travelling but also love a chill evening in watching a film with some top-tier M&S snacks. I'm social and would love a housemate who's up for a yap - however like me also respects boundaries.
