Double room to rent

Hi,

Double room to rent with en-suite in recently refurbished property.

Looking for a professional, you don't need to be a neat freak but it's my property so I don't want it to be a mess the whole time. Flat has everything needed dish washer / washing machine / dryer. Broadband and full sky tv package in lounge and bedrooms. All bills included. Don't mind if you smoke but not in the house - there is a balcony so fill your boots out there.

I like sports, gym, tv, drink/party. I travel quite a lot so I would want someone responsible I can trust to leave in the place when I am away. Want someone I get on with as its a nice place to chill so don't want any awkwardness - I'm pretty easy to get on with.

Also I've got a springer spaniel who is around occasionally so you'd need to be cool with dogs.
