We have a double room available at the sought after Royal Mills development in Ancoats, Manchester. The flat is a three bed and three bath property with plenty of space and character, a 10-minute walk from Picadilly train station and a few minutes walk from the Northern Quarter.

The converted cotton mill is full of professionals, has a 24-hour concierge, has a lovely coffee shop inside and generally is a great standard of living. There’s a large supermarket (Aldi) and gym within a couple of minutes walk and there are restaurants, bars, and takeaways nearby.


The price is per month and does not include any bills, we have super fast 150mb internet costing approx £15 per month + standard bills

The room available is a spacious double room and comes with a bed, wardrobe, cupboards, and drawers.


I'm a marketing director and Nina my housemate in PR. We’re pretty laid back, respectful and enjoy getting involved in various activities and going out. We like making the most of the infrequent Manchester sun and are generally pretty busy people.


We’re looking for a clean and tidy, sociable person, 25-35-year-old male or female. We don’t mind if you smoke but you cannot smoke in the flat or out of the windows. Family and friends are always welcome to stay over, of course. Pets are not officially allowed in the property however if you have a cute little dog … I’m sure there’s a way!

Couples will not be considered and this is only available for the month of November. If parking is required this can be arranged at an additional cost. Most spaces in Ancoats go for around £70-85 per month.
