The room is available from 21st March until 30th June. *An earlier move in date may be arranged.*
The current housemates are very friendly and sociable students.
The house is clean and has an open plan kitchen/ living room set-up. There is 1 downstairs toilet and one upstairs shared bathroom, back garden and access to parking.
It is a furnished single room, with a built in wardrobe, single bed, desk with chair and large window overlooking the garden. As well as a waste paper basket, bookshelves and a full-size mirror.
The house is close to the University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University and the Royal Northern College of Music.
Piccadilly is the closest train station which is less than 1 mile away.
