Double bedroom with en-suite in Ardwick, 20 min walk to the universities, 20 min walk to picadilly station, approx 30 min walk to centre of town or 5 min bus journey
Near gyms, shops and various pubs. Oxford Road only 15 min walk.

We are clean and easy going group who have known each other for a while. Looking for someone who is keen to join in on pub trips, going to gigs and just general good times. Happy for a mix of either professional or Uni Students.

You’ll be one of four – the other three are:

Antonio: 29, paediatric physiotherapist
- Amateur but soon to be famous guitarist
- Supports a football team that no one has heard of
- Great chef of all things Lebanese, middle eastern, and grill related
- Chilled out and lovely guy, been in the house for 4 years with old friends and new friends made along the way

Matt: 29, finally packing in the office job to go travelling in September so will be freeing up another room then:
- A monkey man that can tackle any climbing wall
- Great fun on a night out
- Loves his music and chorizo
- Does squash and football during the week to an exceptionally average standard
- Home friend with Tony and has been in the house around 3 years

Morgan: 30, also leaving in September to go travelling
- Aanother office worker but doesn’t go to the office much, would rather procrastinate with literally anything else around the house
- Loves nights out, all sorts of music, old man pubs, stupid games
- Does hyrox, yoga, and also squash in the week (to a slightly higher standard than Matt)

With Matt and Morgan leaving in September, there’s the chance to choose the 2 new housemates together and create our own little unit for the following year😊

Kitchen and living room are fully furnished with garden out back, perfect for BBQs!

Bills are paid separately however Internet is included in rent, street parking available outside house, free parking permit available
