We are clean and easy going group who have known each other for a while. Looking for someone who is keen to join in on pub trips, going to gigs and just general good times. Happy for a mix of either professional or Uni Students.

Kitchen and living room are fully furnished with garden out back, perfect for BBQs!

Bills are paid separately however Internet is included in rent, street parking available outside house, free parking permit available.
