Rent is £390 pcm, cheap as chips and cozzie livs friendly ;) Bills and council tax come to around £100 p/m. Council tax band A, around £50 pp/pm.
Professionals preferred due to council tax. Shared bathroom, kitchen and garden. Extra room downstairs used as storage/laundry room. There's 3 of us in the house, all mid twenties, 420 friendly.

Bathroom and kitchen will be getting a re-paint before new tenancy begins.
