House Features: Overlooks a nice garden and courtyard. Spacious kitchen equipped with a brand-new oven. All the bedrooms are recently refurbished, featuring soft carpet, wooden furniture, and new mattresses. Although the toilet and the bathroom are relatively small, they are shared among 3 housemates (en-suite room on 3rd floor).
Housekeeping: With no strict house rules, you will have the freedom to make the space your own. With 4 housemates taking turns to clean the communal space weekly, all you need to do is clean the kitchen and toilet once a month.
Bills: Expenses on the property are manageable. Please note that bills are not included in the rent, but will be shared among 4 housemates. Energy bills (gas + electricity) will be fixed at £100 per month, i. e., £25 for each tenant.
