Hi and welcome to our advert. We're looking for a female housemate to join us in our three storey, five bedroom town house. There is 1 room available:
Double bed - £550 PCM
The price includes all bills too.

The location to the city centre is fantastic. We're only a 10 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station. The house has broadband, all the usual domestic stuff, Netflix, free parking and a large paved garden.

We all take part in weekly chores and clean up after ourselves. We’re looking for someone who also cares about cleanliness and being tidy

Room is available from 1st of March and the max stay is until 1st of October.

There’s currently 3 people living here, Sandra, Tonisha and Erin.

Tonisha - 27 - she is an ecologist. She’s loves plants, we now have a lot of them! She’s outdoorsy, a gym enthusiast and vegan. She is a great conversationalist and gives good advice.

Sandra - 27- she is a Dev Ops Engineer - originally from Poland, but has lived in the UK since she was 10. She plays basketball, climbs and just ran a half marathon in 2hrs 4mins. She’s a great listener and the calming presence in the house.

Erin - 25 - she is a chef and has moved from Australia last year. She’s been making the most of living in the UK travelling a lot around Europe and England. She loves going to the movies and trying new food spots. She’s very chill, respectful and great at giving cooking tips.
