One Double Bedroom close to UoM

Hi,

Due to personal reasons I am having to move elsewhere and need someone to take over my tenancy.

There are 3 bedrooms in the house, of which 1 is an ensuite, which means the bathroom you'd be sharing is with just one other person.

The location is perfect if you're someone who travels to the city center often or has to get the train as there's the 192 bus stop just 3 mins away from the house. The Piccadilly Station and Ardwick Station are just 20 and 10 mins walk away.

Will be posting pictures soon (I'm out of the city at the moment) but if you'd prefer to arrange an in person viewing or would like me to do a video tour, drop me a message, I will try and arrange something.

All bills are included in the rent, so you don't have to worry about paying anything on top of the rent.
