I’m looking for someone to replace my friend’s tenancy starting from September 2025.
About the flat:
2 bedroom apartment located on the first floor.
Living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared areas, and always kept clean.
There’s also an extra storage room for any additional storage!
Car park and on-street parking

I’m looking for a female flatmate who is clean and tidy and respects shared living areas. I follow a halal diet so it would be ideal if you also did. I’m friendly and outgoing but also appreciate downtime. I enjoy cooking, hanging with friends, a quiet night in and reading.
I’m looking for a flatmate who can also be a friend! :)

Bills are not included in rent and will be split equally. Includes water, electric and council tax if eligible.
Currently don’t have broadband as I use unlimited data - open to discuss

Close to University of Manchester/MMU, MRI hospitals, supermarkets, gyms and bus routes.

Ideally looking for a professional/mature student but open to discuss

No couples, pets or smoking please :)
