Available is a furnished double room located in a great location. There are quick and easy links to the universities, hospital, train station, and city centre. All accessible by a short walk or the many public transport routes close by.

The room itself is a large double, with a great view overlooking the local green! Lots of natural sunlight throughout the day. It warms up well when heated and there’s lots of free space for you to make it feel like your own space.

The hose is shared, bills are split evenly and are laid alongside rent on the 12th of each month. Professionals are preferred, but students willing to contribute to council tax are also welcome. This can be discussed.
