Friendly home near uni & train station

Hi, we're Arnold and Ida.
We have 2 spare bedrooms in our house and we're looking forward to welcoming some new friends to stay with us.
All bills are included (subject to fair use, excludes tv licence currently).

It's a 10-15mins walk to Piccadilly station, right near the universities and has a range of great amenities close by.
We have plenty of space including an extra fridge/freezer, multiple bathrooms etc.
If you need parking, we can get a pass for in front of the house at no cost.

Between us we speak English, Indonesian and Japanese. We both work around half the week from home usually and have a diverse set of interests from cooking, to musical instruments, board games and diving.

The first room has a single bed, desk, wardrobe and balcony facing the front of the house.
The second has a king sized bed, wardrobe, desk and two windows opening to the rear.

There is a shared open plan kitchen/dining/living space downstairs along with an extra WC.
