We’re Mike and Joaquin, both PhD students at the University of Manchester, and we’re looking for a new flatmate ready to move in ASAP (as early as you can), as our previous one has moved away for work. We live in Ardwick, in a well-connected and comfortable three-bedroom house.

About the room:
- Double bed.
- Desk and chair.
- Cabinet and clothes rail for storage.
- Full-length mirror.
- North-east facing window.
- Private en-suite bathroom.

About the house:
- Three bedrooms, and three bathrooms.
- Large kitchen open to the living room.
- Big back yard.
- XBox and PS4 in the living room!

About the location:
- 10 minute walk from Oxford road.
- 3 minute walk from corner shop, 10 minute walk from Morrison's, 20 miutes from Lidl.
- 10 minutes by bus from Piccadilly station (bus stop is around the corner).
- Dangerously close to Maccies.

About us!
We’re Mike and Joaquin, two mates sharing the house. We’re both pretty easygoing and friendly, and the vibe at home is relaxed and comfortable.

We like gaming, watching the latest season of whichever tv show everyone is talking about, the occasional trip to Spoons, and chatting in the kitchen about whatever’s going on. A good balance of hanging out, and sometimes just doing our own thing.

We’re looking for someone chill and open-minded. Ideally, someone who wants to live in a friendly house rather than just rent a room. Would be best to have a student join us (avoid paying council tax rather than get a sad 20% discount), but we are open to everyone. Think you're good fit!
