Rooms available in house share in Ardwick

We are looking for two people to join us in our house in Ardwick.

Unfortunately my brilliant flatmates from this year are either moving in with partners or have finished studying, so one of friends will also be moving in on the start date as a new tenant and I'm staying over from the previous tenancy, having lived here for the past year.

There is a shared kitchen with two fridge-freezers and a small dishwasher, and a cosy living room. We also have a patio area outside which needs some TLC but we've used a lot for weekend barbecues this summer. The house is very well situated, only a 20 min walk to Piccadilly station or a very short ride on the 192 into the city centre. The area is pretty quiet and have never had any issues with neighbours.

I'm studying a part time masters in music production at Spirit Studios nearby, and Nat is starting a PhD at the Royce institute. We're looking for someone who is laid back and relaxed, and happy to join in with some flat activities/pub trips from time to time. Our hobbies include making music, playing and going to see gigs, travelling, reading, running and many others. Looking for either a postgrad student or a young professional, but would consider someone a bit younger or older if you seem sound!
