I am looking for a clean tenant in the current house share
A clean double room is available for £60 per week/ 260 per calendar month excluding bills. You will be sharing with 3 other professionals. The property has recently had a newly fitted bathroom suite.

The property is close to Piccadilly train station and town centre. It takes about 5mins on bus (192 runs every couple of minutes 24hrs) or you can walk to the town center in 20 mins.

The property has 2 toilets, 1 bathroom; a massive lounge, front and back garden for bbq's. It also benefits from a double garage. Broadband and all bills are shared between tenants.
