Hello guys,
We are renting one room for three-four months for one person who is urgently needing a space to live for August, September, October and all November.
The offer is quite attractive: you'll have a double bed with a brand new and very comfortable memory foam mattress. A desk and chair for your work. TV with freeview. A decently spacious closet and a nice view to the garden. It also comes with a private ensuite bathroom/shower, so you won't share it with anyone.
The house (as the bedroom) is fully furnished and fully equipped. There's a fridge/freezer with enough space for all of us. Washing/drying machine is also available. And the living room is big enough to spend a good afternoon watching TV or chatting.
We are two PhD students currently in our final year and we spend most of our time writing our thesis at home as we have finished our work at uni. But generally we are very honest, hard working, tidy, open-minded, relaxed, laid back people and we love spending some evenings talking and discussing our day and having a good time.
The house is practically new (6 years-old) and is located in a great neighbourhood and very close to the universities (walking distance). It's also surrounded by local shops, post office, McDonalds and even an ASDA is 10min walking. So it is indeed a great deal.
