Double room to rent ASAP

Double room to rent in a 4 bedroom house.

Hi! I'm looking for a flatmate to replace me at the house where I'm currently staying, because I'm moving to the city centre due to work. I'm looking for someone who takes my contract for 5 months. It's a rolling contract so after that you could stay more time in case you need.

4 bedrooms, including mine, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all amenities, a shared living room and a garden.

The house is just 2 minutes walking to the bus stop to the city centre (10 mins by bus to Piccadilly Gardens/ 25 mins walking) or ASDA. There are also some supermarkets nearby.

The room it's the smallest one in the house, but it's really nice and iluminated. The rent includes council tax and TV licence. The rest of the bills depends on how much you spend, but usually they sum up to 50 ppm each.
