We are looking for someone to rent private bedroom, lounge and bathroom within our lovely townhouse. The bedroom includes a desk, wardrobe and a double bed, while the lounge includes a sofa, lamp and study area.
Your space will include:
- Private bedroom
- Private lounge
- Private bathroom with shower, wc and sink
- Shared kitchen-living and large South facing garden
TRANSPORT: the house is a 10min walk from uni and the local Manchester royal hospital so ideal for nurses, young professionals and students alike! There is a 192 which takes you directly into Manchester Piccadilly in about 5mins! It comes every 5mins too :) so its also perfect for those working in the city centre!
BILLS: The rent includes the cost of the gardener and cleaner. Your share of the council tax, tv licence, broadband, water, gas and electric will be total £255 per month to be added to the rent totalling £950.
