TRANSPORT: the house is a 10min walk from uni and the local Manchester royal hospital so ideal for nurses, young professionals and students alike! There is a 192 which takes you directly into Manchester Piccadilly in about 5mins! It comes every 5mins too :) so its also perfect for those working in the city centre!
BILLS: The rent includes the cost of the gardener and cleaner. Your share of the council tax, tv licence, broadband, water, gas and electric will be total £155 per month to be added to the rent totalling £695.
