The rent is £125 per week for a double room, including broadband, IKEA double bed, wardrobe, desk, executive chair and a chest of drawers. The house has a garden and parking area, so is a nice and quiet area. This house is a 5-10 minute walk to Manchester University and a 20-minute walk to the city centre. You will be living with other friendly mature female students and professionals.
An international female is preferable. Male and short term rental for two double rooms are not considered.
